Our dynamic, rapidly-growing company is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

  • Schedules material deliveries 48-72 hours prior to the commencement of work
  • Schedules work orders
  • Creates schedules for foremen and technicians, and communicates with the field supervisor
  • Informs customers of project start dates via email/phone
  • Confirms scope of work, explains the installation process and time frames, gives instructions to clear driveways, arrival time expectations, skylight notes, vibration notes, nail pops, etc.
  • Updates the scheduler within the CRM
  • Ensures project coordinator places material orders in advance and checks for lead times
  • Coordinates project details with field supervisor and answers any questions he/she might have
  • Prepares change orders if needed during the day of the installation
  • Schedules warranty call-backs
  • Switches projects to completed status in CRM system
  • Addresses any leaks or items that may have been overlooked
  • Informs client and sales rep of any upgrades or changes
  • Checks profit and loss reports per job
  • Creates and manages improvement plans together with the field supervisor for the field technicians and subcontractors
  • Maintains a good business relationship with vendors and subcontractors and keeps up to date pricing and promotion information
  • Supports other members of the office and sales management teams
  • Monitors and communicates pricing changes to managers
  • Management of field operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports
Job Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Google suite of products
  • Strong work ethic
  • Active listening

  • Good communication skills
  • Phone etiquette
  •  Experience using a CRM (Acculynx a plus)
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a courteous and professional demeanor
